So I recently made a circle skirt for a cosplay and I totally fell in love with it. While I usually use a rectangle skirt for most of my designs, I felt that you can substitute a circle skirt for most bottoms and get a bit more flare and spin if that's what you're looking for. I used this lovely tutorial to get the measurements and it was so simple, so I thought I would share it with you!
